New Debit Card FAQ

What's new?

Q:Will I be receiving a new debit card?
A: Yes, all members will be receiving a new debit card. We are using a new provider for cards, and everyone needs to be switched over regardless of card expiration date.

Q: When will I receive my new debit card in the mail?
A:The new CACL Debit Card will begin shipping in mid-June. Please allow at least 2 weeks for processing.

Q: Will I have the same PIN as my old card?
A:When you call to activate your new debit card, you will set a new PIN number. This can be the same as your old PIN.

Q: What will happen to my old debit card?
A:Your old CACL debit card will officially deactivate on July 12, 2023. When you receive your new debit card in the mail, you should activate and begin using the new card. Once you activate the new debit card and perform a transaction, please destroy your old card.

Q: Will I get a new card number?
A:Yes, your debit card number will change. Please update your payment / billing accounts accordingly.
